PRRE commenced operations from Number 1, Windsor Street, off Bernard Road, in June of ’95. And it was moved to Number 4, Blue Shutters, Circle Palm Subdivision, off Soldier Road North, one block south of the Village Roundabout, in August, 2001. Ritchie brought a vision as well as years of experience and an enduring enthusiasm to the Agency. And his training at Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate and the Florida Institute of Realtors certainly enhanced his ability to succeed.

Ritchie’s focus and determination was to build PRRE into a provider of real estate services in the Bahamas; and in this he has been greatly assisted by a growing cadre of capable and loyal staffers, including his wife of thirty-five years, who is one of the finest Realtors in the country.

One may wonder why Ritchie seemingly had to start all over in ’95, having been in Real Estate since ’79. Really, it was more of a reestablishment of his Real Estate Agency in Nassau, as he had been away from New Providence for quite a while; living in Great Exuma, and working there with his wife, Cindy, in Real Estate under the name of Paul Ritchie & Associates, from ‘88 to ‘94. Plus he did a stint of nine months as a Sales Associate and Associate Appraiser with Caribbean Management & Sales, from 9/94 to 6/95. The combination of consistent marketing, dependable customer service, and appreciative and supportive customers served as the underpinning of PRRE’s success over the last ten years. And it is that same mix that will continue to propel PRRE into the future. From a single employee in 1995 to a staff of seven in 2005, PRRE continues to expand its capability to serve its customers who are much appreciated.

PRRE is active in Real Estate Sales and Rentals; Stage Inspections; and Real Estate Appraisals, having carried out over four thousand five hundred appraisal assignments over the last ten years.
